Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID and registered email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Jewelry

  Place the item in its original GIVA packaging, including the authenticity certificate and any free gifts, to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to collect the safely sealed package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After a successful quality check at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or GIVA wallet within 7-10 business days.
