What materials are used in GIVA jewelry?
Most of our jewelry is crafted from high-quality 925 Sterling Silver, often plated with 18K Gold or Rhodium. We also offer a premium collection of 14K and 18K Gold jewelry featuring authentic diamonds and gemstones.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders. International shipping times vary by location but generally range from 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Does my jewelry come with a warranty?
Yes, all GIVA jewelry comes with a 6-month warranty that covers manufacturing defects and plating issues. This does not cover physical damage or wear and tear caused by improper care.
How should I care for my jewelry to prevent tarnishing?
To maintain the shine, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions. Store your jewelry in the provided airtight pouch or a dry jewelry box when not in use, and clean it gently with a soft microfiber cloth.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most domestic pin codes.
